I think it's time for a visit...

Tonight we were sitting at the dinner table, discussing Thanksgiving.  We are planning on visiting my family, down in the "Valley" of Texas.   We were talking about my Mom, and I was telling them that my Mom used to make me special cookies when I was little.  Gracie said, "Hmmmmm...  Nana.  Is that the same Nana that couldn't pick me up when she was sick?"  I looked at her, rather curiously, and said, "That's the ONLY Nana you have."  She said, "Oh, yeah.  I remember her."I think it's time for a visit.  Clearly, when you're 4 years old, a few months is a LONG time!!

We're coming for a visit, Nana.  Hope you remember us!!!  :-)
