I guess because it's Labor Day and Luke and I are at home, we have watched A LOT of the round-the-clock coverage of Hurricane Gustav. Nature is very powerful.And, I am really glad at this moment that I don't live on the Gulf Coast.
One of Luke's brothers has been vacationing in Destin this week, and is going to try and get home today.
Luke's other brother is a FEMA responder and is in Houston, waiting to be deployed on search and rescue teams into Louisiana as soon as it is safe.
Say a lot of prayers for them both, not to mention the residents of the Gulf Coast who are riding out Gustav today!
